1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AstroStock website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use AstroStock. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe this requirement is not met.

3. Description of Services

AstroStock is a market-research and technical-analysis platform. Depending on your plan and feature availability, the services may include responsive desktop and mobile charts; daily and intraday intervals; multiple chart types; saved layouts, appearance settings, pinned tools, and drawing defaults; manual drawing tools, automated pattern and level detection, and technical, signal, statistical, and cycle indicators; market screening, watchlists, saved scans, scheduled scan digests, and configurable alerts; localized company profiles; institutional-flow views such as FINRA off-exchange prints, unusual options activity, and modeled gamma exposure; CFTC Commitments of Traders positioning; and specialist Gann, Financial Astrology, Price Geometry, Harmonic Trader, Cycle Suite, Statistical, Extremes, Adaptive Filters, and Positioning modules. Research features may include Fusion Score, Confluence Cluster, Event Tester, Cycle Scanner, Cycle Spectrogram, Forecast Composer, Lead-Lag analysis, seasonality, swing projections, and backtesting. AI features may include Signal Sage, chart analysis, and astrological interpretations.

AstroStock is an analysis platform, not a broker. We do not execute or route orders, hold client funds or securities, or manage assets. All information, data, calculations, scores, signals, and AI output provided through the platform are for educational and informational purposes only and must not be construed as investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to transact in any security. Feature availability varies by plan and may change.

While AstroStock strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content on our platform. 6. User Accounts

To access certain features of the AstroStock platform, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Account Access and Device Limits

An AstroStock account is for the use of a single individual. Paid plans permit concurrent access from a limited number of registered devices — typically one mobile device and one desktop computer — as described on our pricing page. Registering additional devices may require you to release an existing device. Our security systems monitor for simultaneous sessions from multiple locations and for patterns consistent with credential sharing; where detected, your account may be rate-limited, temporarily locked, or terminated.

8. Licenses and Billing

AstroStock offers plan-based access to its services, referred to as a License. Unless you purchase a License through an activation code, a License is a recurring subscription: by subscribing, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees, on the billing interval you selected, on an automatically renewing basis until you cancel. You agree to pay the fees described on our website at the time of purchase, together with any applicable taxes.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then, and no further charges are made. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with prior notice; price changes take effect at your next renewal.

Card details are collected and processed by our payment processor. AstroStock does not receive or store your full payment card number.

9. Trial Period

We may offer a free trial period of fourteen (14) days to first-time customers. Trials are limited to one per customer and are not available to users who have previously held any paid License. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your License begins automatically at the end of the trial and the applicable fee is charged. Abuse of the trial system — including creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated trials — may result in the removal of trial eligibility and transition to a regular, non-trial account, or in termination of your accounts.

10. Activation and Redemption Codes

Licenses granted by redeeming an activation code are valid for a fixed term stated at the time of redemption. Unlike subscription Licenses, they do not automatically renew and lapse at the end of their term unless you separately purchase a subscription. Activation codes are non-transferable once redeemed, may only be redeemed once, have no cash value, and are not exchangeable for a refund or for credit. We may invalidate codes that were obtained unlawfully, distributed without authorisation, or redeemed in breach of these terms.

11. Refunds

AstroStock provides non-tangible, irrevocable, digital goods and services. Except as set out below or as required by applicable law, we do not issue refunds and all sales are final. You can cancel future recurring payments at any time from your account settings, but payments already processed are non-refundable.

Consumers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) days without giving a reason. Because our services are supplied digitally and made available to you immediately, by completing your purchase and accessing the service you expressly request that we begin performance during the withdrawal period and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully supplied. If you have not accessed the service, you may request a refund within the 14-day period by contacting [email protected]. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback — genuine billing errors are corrected promptly. Where a payment is disputed with a card issuer, we reserve the right to contest the dispute with records of account access and service use, and to suspend or terminate the associated account and any credits it received from the disputed payment.

12. Virtual Currency (Stars)

AstroStock offers a virtual currency known as "Stars" that can be used to access certain features on the platform, principally AI-powered features. Stars may be allocated to you as part of your plan or purchased separately.

Stars hold no monetary value outside of the AstroStock platform, are not your property, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or gifted. Stars have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash; where redemption is offered, Stars may only be redeemed for AstroStock account credit as described below. Purchased Stars are non-refundable.

Your plan's monthly Stars allocation expires at the end of each billing cycle and does not carry over. Changing your plan immediately resets your monthly allocation to the amount granted by the new plan, which may be lower. Stars you have purchased separately do not expire while your account remains active. Where both are available, your monthly allocation is spent before your purchased balance.

When you start an AI request, the required Stars are held and are deducted on successful completion. If the request fails, times out, or is cancelled before completion, the held Stars are returned to your balance. Any remaining Stars are forfeited when your account is closed or terminated.

AstroStock reserves the right to modify the Stars system, including pricing, allocation amounts, feature costs, and feature availability, at any time with prior notice.

Redemption for account credit. Where we make redemption available, eligible Stars — your separately purchased balance together with any promotional Stars we designate as redeemable, but not your monthly plan allocation — may be redeemed for AstroStock account credit. Account credit is applied automatically toward future invoices on your billing account, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is not withdrawable or redeemable for cash. Redemption is subject to the minimums, increments, and per-transaction limits shown at the time of redemption, and account credit may be applied only against amounts payable to AstroStock.

We may change the Star-to-credit conversion rate, the minimums, increments, and limits, and the categories of Stars eligible for redemption, and we may suspend or discontinue redemption entirely, at any time. Any such change applies only to redemptions made after it takes effect and does not reduce account credit already applied to your billing account.

We may withhold, delay, reverse, or cancel Stars or account credit that were granted in error or obtained through fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms, and may recover the corresponding amount from your Stars balance or account credit. Stars and account credit confer no ownership, deposit, or other property right.

13. Referral Program

We may offer a referral program that rewards you and the people you invite with Stars (see Section 12) when certain conditions are met — for example, when an invited person creates an account and verifies their email address, or completes their first paid subscription. Participation is optional and is subject to these terms and to any additional program rules we publish.

Each new account may be attributed to at most one referrer, determined by the referral link or code first associated with that account. Referral rewards are promotional and discretionary. The reward amounts, the qualifying actions, the eligibility criteria, and the availability of the program may be set, changed, reduced, or withdrawn by us at any time, and rewards already granted may be adjusted or reversed as set out below.

Prohibited conduct. You must not abuse or attempt to game the referral program. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: referring yourself; creating or using multiple, fake, or automated accounts; using disposable, temporary, or misappropriated email addresses; coordinating sign-ups from the same person, household, device, or network to generate rewards; using bots, scripts, or other automated means; misrepresenting our platform or spamming; and any other activity intended to obtain rewards that would not otherwise be earned.

Our rights. We may review, investigate, delay, withhold, reduce, reverse, or cancel any referral reward; place any referral under manual review; require additional verification; and suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that we reasonably believe has engaged in prohibited conduct or otherwise violated these terms. If a payment that qualified a reward is later refunded, charged back, or reversed, or if the associated account is closed, we may reverse the corresponding reward and recover it from your Stars balance or account credit.

Referral rewards and any resulting account credit have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable or withdrawable as cash; they may only be used on the AstroStock platform in accordance with Section 12. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to rewards you receive. We may modify or discontinue the referral program, in whole or in part, at any time.

14. Market Data

Market data made available through the platform is obtained from third-party providers and is licensed to you for your personal, internal, non-commercial use only. You are not authorised to use the platform in a professional capacity where the applicable data licence prohibits it. Market data is delayed and is provided on an "as is" basis; neither AstroStock nor its data providers guarantee its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose, and neither shall be liable for any loss arising from its use.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly display, or create derived data feeds or products from any data obtained through the platform, nor use that data to develop, train, or operate a product or service that competes with AstroStock.

CFTC Commitments of Traders data is generally weekly, aggregated by reporting category, and may be delayed or revised. Mapping futures contracts or indices to symbols, normalizing series, and deriving positioning indices or oscillators involve choices and assumptions that may not fit your use. Company profiles, fundamentals, corporate actions, options data, off-exchange prints, and all derived or translated fields may be missing, stale, or incorrect.

15. AI Features

Certain features use large language models and are priced in Stars. To provide these features, the inputs you submit — including your prompts, the on-screen market context, and, for chart analysis, an image of your chart — are transmitted to our third-party AI provider for processing.

AI output is generated probabilistically. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated, it does not reflect real-time market data, and it does not constitute investment advice. You are responsible for independently verifying anything you rely on. You must not attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or inject instructions into our AI features, submit content you do not have the right to submit, query them in an automated or bulk fashion, or use their output to develop, train, or improve any competing model or service.

16. Alerts and Notifications

AstroStock offers configurable alerts (including price, indicator, and astrological event alerts) delivered via in-app notifications and email. Alerts are provided on a best-effort, "as available" basis: evaluation schedules, third-party market data availability, email deliverability, system maintenance, or other technical issues — as well as circumstances specific to you, such as your notification preferences, an incorrect or outdated email address, spam or filtering rules, disabled browser or device notifications, or a device that is offline — may cause alerts to be delayed, inaccurate, or not delivered at all. Alerts are informational tools only; they do not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and must not be relied upon as your sole means of monitoring positions or markets. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions, and AstroStock shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delayed, missed, inaccurate, or erroneous alerts. Alert availability and limits vary by plan and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Scheduled scan digests and all alerts and notifications are convenience features. We do not guarantee their evaluation frequency, timing, accuracy, or delivery, and you must maintain your own independent methods for monitoring markets and positions.

17. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content and configurations you create on the platform, including chart layouts, drawings and drawing defaults, pinned tools, appearance settings, watchlists, alerts, saved scans and schedules, saved research or backtest configurations, and saved natal charts. You grant AstroStock a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and process that content solely to the extent necessary to operate the platform and provide the services to you. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, subject to reasonable backup, security, fraud-prevention, and legal-retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content you submit, including any personal information relating to another individual. We may remove content that breaches these terms. Your content may be permanently deleted following termination of your account, and you should retain your own copies of anything you wish to keep.

18. Third-Party Integrations

The platform supports optional sign-in and account linking with third-party services, including Google and Discord. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Linking an account authorises us to receive the information described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and we may discontinue any integration at any time.

19. Service Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, plan, module, or data source at any time, and may impose or change usage limits. Some features may be offered as preview or beta functionality; these are provided without warranty of any kind, may be unstable or inaccurate, and may be withdrawn without notice.

20. Restrictions on Use

A) You agree not to share access to your account or redistribute any data you receive through your use of the AstroStock platform or its products.

B) You may not copy, modify, scrape, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, or use the AstroStock platform or its products for commercial or other purposes, except to the extent required for your personal use as expressly provided herein.

C) You may not share your password with anyone. Our security system checks for simultaneous logins from multiple locations, and if found, your account may be locked for a period of time. You agree not to share access to your account.

D) You may not utilize automated systems or software to extract data from the AstroStock platform. Scraping or extracting data for use in external applications is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account termination without notice or refund.

E) You may not circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any access control, plan gating, usage limit, rate limit, or security feature of the platform, nor access any feature or data your plan does not entitle you to.

F) You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform, nor attempt to derive the source code, model weights, parameters, or underlying methodology of our calculations, scores, or models, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

G) You may not use the platform to build, train, or benchmark a competing product or service, and you may not conduct automated capture, recording, or bulk screenshotting of the charting workspace.

21. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of the AstroStock platform are owned by or licensed to AstroStock and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written consent.

22. User Conduct

You agree to use the AstroStock platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You may not use our services to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to insider trading, market manipulation, or the distribution of false or misleading information.

23. Disclaimer of Warranties

The AstroStock platform and all content, materials, and services provided through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our platform or the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided.

24. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AstroStock, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the AstroStock platform or the information provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

25. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AstroStock, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or costs arising out of or in connection with your use of the AstroStock platform or your violation of these Terms of Service.

26. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the AstroStock platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

27. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

By using the AstroStock platform, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. The arbitration shall be conducted in the United States, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. This arbitration agreement shall survive the termination of your account or these Terms of Service.

28. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United States of America.

29. Changes to Terms of Service

AstroStock reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the AstroStock platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
