Indicators
The Indicator Library contains 148 studies organized by purpose and plan. Use the library's search and localized descriptions for individual tools; this guide helps you choose the right group and read it safely.
Add and manage indicators
Open Dashboard → Charts → Indicators, then search by name or browse a category. Click a study to add it. Each active indicator appears in the chart legend, where you can:
- Open Settings and change its visible inputs.
- Hide it without losing its configuration.
- Remove it from the chart.
- Star it for the favorites shortcut.
An overlay draws on the price pane. A pane indicator receives its own area below price. Free plans can run five indicators at once; Basic and Pro are unlimited.

Start with one indicator that answers your main question. Add a second only when it provides a different kind of evidence; several versions of the same idea usually add clutter rather than confidence.

The Indicator Library describes what each line, color, or marker represents. Use the settings preview to learn which inputs make the result faster, steadier, wider, or narrower.
Basic categories
Signals
The Signals group includes TD Sequential, Buy/Sell Signal, MACD Divergence, HDLY, Operation Advisor, Trend Beacon, and Beacon Oscillator. These tools display named markers, colors, or posture zones. Treat them as prompts to inspect price structure, not automatic orders.
Auto-Detection
Auto-Detection finds structures that are easy to miss while scanning a chart: Chan Structure, Darvas Boxes, support and resistance, gaps, pivot labels, swing statistics, Countback Line, Moving Retracement, 52-Week High/Low, candlestick patterns, and Swing Projection Zones.
Solid or confirmed shapes describe completed structure. Dashed, forming, or question-marked elements can still change with the newest bars. Check the active tool's legend and tooltip before relying on a fresh marker.
Gann
Gann Swing, Point Swing, and Percent Swing simplify price into alternating legs. Gann Square Markers and Gann Square Swing Markers add price/time review dates. Use swing indicators when you want structure over normal candles; use the matching swing chart types when you want the simplified view to replace the candles entirely.

These guides explain the visible result and a practical workflow. Individual settings and localized one-line descriptions remain in the Indicator Library so the docs do not duplicate a catalog that changes frequently.
Read indicators responsibly
- Confirm the interval and symbol before interpreting a signal; the same tool can look very different on daily and intraday data.
- Give long-lookback studies enough history. An empty pane usually means the tool is still warming up or the required comparison data is unavailable.
- Treat projected or future segments as scenarios. Check whether the historical portion has remained useful on the current symbol.
- A marker can identify a condition without predicting what happens next. Combine it with price structure, liquidity, and your own risk limit.
- When two indicators answer the same question, prefer the clearer one instead of counting both as independent confirmation.
